FLOCK, the hotel's Pan Asian Grill, emerged as the ideal canvas to celebrate this festive occasion, welcoming guests to immerse themselves in the tapestry of Malaysian culture, complete with vibrant colours, rhythmic melodies, and most importantly -tantalising flavours, all amidst the lap of luxury.
Bazaar Malam
Kuala Lumpur, renowned for its vibrant night markets, where the scent of street food mingles with the buzz of conversation, served as the inspiration for the W Kuala Lumpur’s vision. FLOCK was transformed into a culinary spectacle, where the chefs, under the guidance of Executive Chef Haznizam Hamzah and Executive Sous Chef Suhalmi Md Tasir, showcased their expertise with an array of delectable dishes.
From sizzling grills to simmering pots, the chefs orchestrated a symphony of flavours, inviting guests to partake in an extraordinary feast unlike any other. The Bazaar Malam offered a diverse array of Malaysian delicacies, each dish crafted to perfection and burst of flavour.
Wandering through the stalls, guests were greeted by an abundance of culinary treasures. From the tantalising aroma of Sambal Ganja Aceh to the comforting flavours of Lauk Kampung, each bite offered a glimpse into Malaysia's rich culinary heritage.
Must-try delicacies included the Udang Harimau masak lemak and the Mee Rebus Tulang Rawan, elevated with tender Angus beef short rib. For the adventurous palate, the fluffy steam fold-over bun filled with pulled Wagyu beef brisket beckoned from the Bao station. We’ve tried them all and the Wagyu beef brisket station is one you cannot miss!
Beyond the savoury delights, FLOCK pampered guests with a lavish spread of desserts and refreshing beverages, ensuring every craving was satiated. As twilight descended, FLOCK transformed into a bustling marketplace, where laughter and conversation filled the air, echoing the spirit of togetherness that defines Ramadhan.
