Ralph Lauren’s 2026 Pink Pony Campaign Makes the Case for the Power of Us
With “The Power of Us,” Ralph Lauren puts community at the heart of its ongoing fight against cancer, sharing the stories of survivors while turning its signature pink-and-black collection into a platform for awareness, access and action.
Fashion has always had the ability to bring people together, but Ralph Lauren is using that collective spirit for something far bigger than style. Returning with its 2026 Pink Pony Campaign, titled The Power of Us, the American fashion house is shining a spotlight on the people, stories and support systems that make a difference in the fight against cancer.
For more than three decades, Ralph Lauren has championed cancer awareness through its philanthropic efforts. Pink Pony, the brand’s global initiative, supports cancer research, screenings, early diagnosis, treatment, education and patient navigation. At its core, the mission is straightforward but significant: reduce disparities in cancer care and help more people access quality treatment at an earlier, more treatable stage.
This year, the campaign brings that mission into focus through a powerful reminder that no one should have to navigate cancer alone.
The Power of Community, Told Through Real Stories
Cancer is deeply personal, but the impact reaches far beyond the individual. Families, friends, healthcare professionals and wider communities all play a role in the journey, whether through emotional support, access to resources or helping someone take that crucial first step towards a diagnosis.
The Power of Us celebrates these connections through the experiences of seven individuals whose lives have been shaped by cancer, each offering a different perspective on survival, treatment and the importance of early detection.
The campaign features Dr. Chanita Hughes-Halbert, Ph.D., Director of the Ralph Lauren Center for Cancer Prevention and Associate Director for Cancer Health Disparities at USC Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center; Sam Suriakumar, a musician, consultant and brain cancer patient at The Royal Marsden; and Ash Foo, a model and ovarian cancer survivor.
Also featured are Cade Thompson, a model and hybrid osteosarcoma survivor; Chad Palumbo, a professional lacrosse player and rhabdomyosarcoma survivor; Marko Manojlovic, a model and Hodgkin lymphoma survivor; and Saffron Vadher, an author, model and leukemia survivor.
Their stories put a human face to a cause that extends across communities and borders. By highlighting their experiences with diagnosis and treatment, alongside the support that helps people through difficult moments, Ralph Lauren is drawing attention to the importance of both medical access and human connection.
Because while cancer care involves doctors, treatments and research, the journey is also shaped by the people who show up, the resources available and how early the disease is detected.
Pink, Black and Purposeful
The campaign's message carries into the 2026 Pink Pony Collection, which reworks signature Ralph Lauren styles in a distinctive black-and-pink palette. The assortment brings together familiar wardrobe staples with a philanthropic purpose, making it easier for customers to participate in the initiative through their purchases.
But the contribution goes beyond a symbolic splash of pink.
Ralph Lauren will donate 100% of the purchase price from every classic Pink Pony Twill Ball Cap, Pink Pony Oxford Shirt and Pink Pony Relaxed Fit Cable-Knit Sweater sold. For all other products in the Pink Pony Collection, at least 25% of the purchase price will be donated to an international network of cancer charities.
In the United States, proceeds will benefit the Pink Pony Fund of The Ralph Lauren Corporate Foundation.
The collection will be available globally from 29 September 2026 at selected Ralph Lauren retail stores, on RalphLauren.com and through selected wholesale stores worldwide.
It is a considered approach to fashion-led philanthropy, where the pieces themselves become part of a broader effort to fund programmes that support people affected by cancer.
One Global Day, One Collective Effort
Ralph Lauren is also expanding the campaign beyond its retail collection with a series of consumer activations designed to raise awareness and funds throughout the year.
On 17 October, the brand will host its first-ever Global Day of Shopping, bringing together its international community in support of Pink Pony. During the event, 5% of all purchases will be donated towards the initiative's mission.
Meanwhile, Ralph's Coffee locations will serve a special Pink Pony Latte throughout October. In the United States, 100% of the purchase price will benefit the Pink Pony Fund of The Ralph Lauren Corporate Foundation. At selected international locations, a percentage of proceeds will support local Pink Pony beneficiaries.
These initiatives offer different ways for customers to participate, whether through shopping, stopping by for a coffee or simply learning more about the campaign. Together, they reinforce the idea that collective action does not always begin with grand gestures. Sometimes, it starts with everyday choices that contribute to a larger cause.
Building a Future Beyond the Campaign
While the annual campaign brings renewed attention to cancer awareness, Ralph Lauren's commitment extends well beyond a single collection or fundraising event.
Since the Pink Pony Campaign launched in 2000, the company has supported the fight against cancer by funding cancer centres and world-class research facilities around the world.
In January 2026, The Ralph Lauren Corporate Foundation announced a grant to establish the UChicago Medicine Ralph Lauren Center. The initiative forms part of the Foundation's $25 million commitment to expand or establish five cancer centres across the United States, and marks the fourth Ralph Lauren-named cancer centre. Located in Chicago, the centre is dedicated to expanding access to high-quality cancer screening, comprehensive care and support services for communities across the city's South Side and Southland.
The company's efforts have also reached Asia. In September 2026, Ralph Lauren announced a partnership with the Korea National Cancer Center Foundation to establish The Ralph Lauren Center for Patient and Family Recovery at the National Cancer Center of Korea in Goyang, South Korea.
Expected to open in 2028, the facility will be Ralph Lauren's first cancer centre in Asia. It will provide a dedicated recovery environment for patients, families and caregivers in the Seoul metropolitan area and across South Korea, recognising that recovery and support are important parts of the cancer care journey.
These long-term investments demonstrate how the Pink Pony mission translates into more than awareness. By supporting infrastructure, research and patient services, the initiative aims to make a tangible difference in how people access and experience cancer care.
A Cause Woven Into the Ralph Lauren Story
Pink Pony is a flagship programme within Ralph Lauren's Timeless by Design 2030 citizenship and sustainability strategy. The initiative brings together the company's employees, who contribute through volunteering and fundraising, and customers, who support the cause through purchases and donations.
Today, Pink Pony supports 38 beneficiaries across 17 countries, reflecting the international reach of a mission that remains deeply personal to the people it serves.
With The Power of Us, Ralph Lauren is putting the emphasis on what can happen when individual efforts become a shared commitment. The campaign's message is not simply about standing together in the face of cancer, but about helping build a world where more people have access to the screening, treatment and support they need.
In fashion, a signature colour or recognisable silhouette can become a statement. This season, Ralph Lauren is giving pink a purpose that reaches well beyond the wardrobe.
