So Good Takes Over KL With A Wellness Collab That Actually Feels Fun
Plant-based fans, runners, café-hoppers, and anyone who simply enjoys a good sip on a good day — So Good just dropped something right up your alley. Australia’s number one plant-based milk brand is making wellness feel less like a chore and more like a cosy hangout with its new Run & Sip Club by So Good, rolling out from November 2025 to January 2026.
The first session kicked off in Kuala Lumpur with ONO Specialty Coffee & Matcha and the Weekends Athletics Run Club, setting the tone for a three-month experience built around movement, flavour, and community. No pressure, no preaching — just good vibes and even better beverages.
So Good’s latest move taps into a growing culture of wellness-meets-lifestyle, teaming up with ONO Specialty Coffee & Matcha, Ocean Ground Coffee, and the ever-energetic Weekends Athletics Run Club. The goal: let Malaysians explore health and flavour in the same breath.
“At So Good, we believe wellness should be both delicious and inclusive,” said Ashleigh Rothel, Senior Brand Manager of Sanitarium International. “We’re excited to partner with local cafés who are passionate about innovating tasty creations with healthy ingredients like So Good’s plant-based milk. At the same time, we also partnered with local run club, Weekends Athletics, in hopes to bring Malaysians together to move, connect, and enjoy plant-based goodness in everyday moments.”
ONO’s co-founder Shaun Liew is equally hyped. “Collaborating with So Good aligns with our mission to serve quality beverages that cater to evolving lifestyles. It’s exciting to see how plant-based options can enhance both the flavour and the experience for our customers.”
And if you’ve ever ended a long run with caffeine and a chat, Weekends Athletics founder Nelson See gets you. “Catching up over coffee is always a good time after our Saturday long runs. Many great conversations and memories have been created during these moments. These coffee sessions celebrate wellness, connection, and inclusivity bringing together runners of all levels to share stories beyond the miles.”
The Menu That Started It All
To mark the first chapter of the Run & Sip Club, ONO rolled out a limited-edition menu featuring two creations made with So Good Barista Almond Milk. Available only from 7 November to 7 December 2025, these drinks lean into colour, craft, and plant-powered decadence.
Blueberry Blue Pea Matcha Latte
A layered, dreamy blend of So Good Barista Almond, Ajisai matcha powder, blueberry syrup, blue spirulina powder, and blue pea syrup.
Matcha Tiramisu
A dessert-leaning cup built with So Good Barista Almond, Yuri matcha, and sugar syrup, topped with a cream blend of whipped cream, mascarpone, sugar, and decaf espresso.

Next Stop: Ocean Ground Coffee
After ONO’s takeover, So Good and Weekends Athletics are continuing their Run & Sip sessions through December 2025 and January 2026 at Ocean Ground Coffee. Expect more curated menus, more runners, more wellness energy, and probably more people discovering they’re low-key obsessed with plant-based milk.
