Maje FW25: Paris Meets New York With Attitude

Maje is back for Fall/Winter 2025, and this time the French fashion house isn’t just leaning on its Parisian roots—it’s shaking things up with a bold, New York twist. Think effortless chic meets urban edge: polished tailoring clashing (in the best way) with fluid draping, soft knits toughened up with leather, and oversized coats that demand attention while cinching you in just right.

The mood? A woman who slips between the dreamy romance of Paris and the charged, never-slow energy of New York without missing a beat. Deep autumnal hues collide with light neutrals, textures run wild, and there’s a constant tension between softness and strength—because that’s exactly how she moves through the world.

Founder and Artistic Director Judith Milgrom dug deep into American vintage this season, pulling in references from 50’s campus cool to modern tastemakers, all wrapped in Maje’s signature Parisian glamour. “The curved, modernist lines of New York City museums inspire voluminous shapes,” she explains, pointing to how the city’s architecture literally reshaped silhouettes for the collection. From preppy nods to sculptural volumes, every look is made to turn heads.

This is Maje at its core: heritage and reinvention colliding, forever Parisian but never afraid to adapt.

The Bags That Steal the Scene

The season also sees the return of an icon—only bigger. The Miss M is reimagined as an oversized, slouchy-luxe tote that feels just as refined as it is practical. Alongside it comes the M TOTE, a drawstring bag that shapeshifts depending on how you style it. Designed for women who never stop moving, it’s adaptable, functional, and undeniably cool.

Your palette of choice? Vintage black leather, deep Bordeaux, or warm chocolate suede. Three shades, one unapologetic attitude.

Mark your calendars: the bags hit online on August 20 and in-store August 27, 2025.
