Women, Wellness, and the Will to Thrive: Inside Malaysia’s Most Empowering Festival
After a sold-out debut earlier this year, the Women Wellness Festival is back—bigger, bolder, and brimming with energy. Set to take over Parc Subang on 8 November 2025, this second edition (fittingly dubbed Women Wellness Festival 2.0) is shaping up to be Malaysia’s biggest gathering for women ready to Connect, Recharge, and Grow.
The brains (and hearts) behind it? Diane Chia and Raja Jesrina Arshad, now joined by Sarah Lian, a trio bound by three decades of friendship and a shared passion for reimagining what wellness looks like for modern women. Together, they’ve created not just another “feel-good” weekend—but a full-blown movement that celebrates women in all their evolving, unfiltered glory.
“My work has always been about reimagining how we age, seeing it not as slowing down, but as evolving with more joy, vitality, and purpose,” says Diane Chia, Co-Founder and Executive Director of Millennia Village. “To me, wellness isn’t about how long we live, but how fully we feel alive. Through this festival, we want to create a space where women can reconnect with themselves, explore what nourishes them, and feel inspired to thrive at every stage of life.”
Wellness, But Make It Moving
This year’s theme, “Wellness in Motion,” is a reminder that balance isn’t found in stillness—it’s found in flow. The festival dives into every facet of the wellness wheel: emotional, mental, physical, social, and spiritual. Expect over 30 workshops, talks, and activities that go beyond yoga mats and green juice clichés. Think natural healing, fertility and menopause conversations, sustainable wellness practices, movement classes, and more.
The festival’s main highlight, a keynote session titled “Breaking Barriers: From Burnout to Balance While Building My Dream Business”, sees Raja Jesrina Arshad, the Founder & CEO of PurelyB, reflecting on her decade-long entrepreneurial journey.
“Our Women Wellness Festival is more than an event—it’s a movement,” says Jesrina. “My hope is that every woman who joins us will leave feeling seen, supported, and inspired to nurture herself, while connecting with others on the same journey. I’m also thrilled to share ancestral wellness solutions deeply rooted in our Malaysian heritage, supporting women’s holistic wellbeing naturally—so that no matter their stage of life or the challenges they face, these women can truly thrive.”
The Festival Flow
Whether you’re craving stillness or stimulation, WWF 2.0 has it all mapped out.
Experiential Wellness: Women’s circles, breathwork, and guided mindfulness sessions for deep reconnection.
Recharge Care Suite: Your self-care haven offering spine alignment, massages, facials, and grounding rituals for balance and renewal.
Wellness Marketplace: A beautifully curated bazaar featuring conscious brands and local makers devoted to intentional living.
From sunrise yoga sessions to soulful conversations and community-powered healing, everything at the festival is designed to make you pause, take a breath, and maybe—just maybe—rediscover parts of yourself you forgot you needed.
Rooted in Real Connection
For co-founder Sarah Lian, who joins the lineup this year, the festival is as much about community as it is about wellbeing.
“Our vision for the Women Wellness Festival is deeply rooted in the belief that wellness also includes connection, belonging, and community,” says Lian, Founder of Supparetreat. “This festival invites women to pause and reconnect in a supportive, inspiring space. As the newest member of this trio, I’m excited to bring my experience to create safe, intentional environments where women can unlearn, learn, and relearn as they step into their fullest selves.”
Supported by Shveta Labs, DeRucci, and Etika, along with partners like Hammam Spa, Aura Regenerative Wellness Clinic, and Satu Creative, the festival’s ecosystem reflects its mission: nurturing wellbeing that’s holistic, intentional, and unapologetically feminine.
Your Pass to the Experience
Tickets are now available via Supparetreat.com/wwf. The Elevate Pass unlocks the full experience—exclusive access to workshops, priority seating, and all-day immersion—while the Flow Pass offers flexibility for those who prefer to move at their own pace.
Because whether you’re there to reset, reflect, or simply vibe with women who get it, one thing’s certain: this isn’t your typical wellness weekend. It’s a reminder that growth doesn’t happen in isolation—it happens in motion, together.
